The website currently operates as a public catalogue, and payments and order placement are disabled. These Terms do not reduce mandatory consumer rights.

NAZ sells clothing and related goods described on each product page. Product images, colours, sizing and descriptions are prepared with reasonable care, but minor differences can result from screen settings, lighting or normal production variation. The offer must be read with the product-specific composition, care, fit, safety, delivery and other information shown before purchase.

A limited release or numbered item, including a product marked “1/30”, is not automatically excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal merely because its quantity is limited.

When sales open, you must provide complete and accurate order, contact and delivery information and review it before payment. The final checkout control will clearly state that submitting the order creates an obligation to pay. A sales contract is concluded only after checkout is completed, payment is confirmed and NAZ sends an order confirmation on a durable medium such as email.

An automated receipt does not oblige NAZ to supply where a legitimate refusal ground applies. Before concluding the contract, you can correct input errors using the cart and checkout controls.

NAZ may refuse or cancel an order only for a specific legitimate reason, including product unavailability, an obvious pricing or technical error, payment failure, reasonable suspicion of fraud, a legal requirement, or inability to deliver for a legitimate operational reason. If an order is cancelled after payment, the affected amount will be refunded without undue delay using the original payment route where possible.

Consumer prices are shown in EUR and include applicable taxes unless clearly stated otherwise. Any available carrier, delivery charge and estimated delivery time will be shown before the order is placed. Stripe-hosted Checkout will process payment once sales are enabled. NAZ does not receive the full card number.

If NAZ announces a price reduction, the reference price will be managed in accordance with the applicable rule on the lowest price charged during the required prior period.

Delivery is available only to supported EU countries. Orders are prepared within 2 business days after payment confirmation. The available tracked carrier, price and estimated delivery time are shown at checkout. Unless another period is agreed, delivery will take place without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the contract is concluded.

Carrier operations can affect an estimate, but this does not remove NAZ’s statutory delivery obligations. Risk passes when you or a person you nominate, other than the carrier, physically receives the goods. See the Shipping Policy for the full process.

EU consumers generally have 14 days to withdraw from an eligible distance contract without giving a reason. The model form may be used but is not mandatory. Details, return costs and refund rules are in the Returns and Refunds Policy.

A statutory exception may apply to genuinely personalised goods or non-prefabricated goods made to the consumer’s individual specifications. This exception is applied narrowly and will be identified before purchase. A standard catalogue garment, limited drop or numbered product is not excluded merely because it was produced in a small quantity.

Goods must conform to the contract. Consumers have at least the applicable two-year statutory protection. Where legally appropriate and proportionate, repair or replacement are the primary remedies; price reduction or termination may be available where the legal conditions are met. These rights apply independently of an ordinary change-of-mind return or any voluntary commercial guarantee.

You may use the website for lawful personal shopping and information. You must not interfere with security, attempt unauthorised access, misuse private-drop controls, scrape the service in a harmful manner or use content unlawfully. NAZ names, graphics, photography, text and designs are protected by applicable intellectual-property law and may not be commercially reused without permission.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts liability or consumer remedies where doing so is prohibited by law. NAZ is not responsible for loss caused solely by information or conduct attributable to you, or for indirect business loss suffered by a consumer acting outside a business purpose, to the extent such restriction is lawful. Website availability may occasionally be interrupted for security, maintenance or events outside reasonable control, without limiting obligations under an already concluded order.

Send a written complaint and supporting information to contact@naz.fashion or Fizikų g. 14, 08448 Vilnius, Lithuania. NAZ will examine it free of charge and provide a reasoned written response within 14 calendar days of receipt. If the matter is unresolved or no response is received, a consumer may apply to the Lithuanian State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (VVTAT), A. Goštauto g. 12, 01108 Vilnius, Lithuania, including through the Consumer Rights Information System (VTIS).

Lithuanian law applies to these Terms and contracts to the extent permitted by mandatory consumer law. A consumer habitually resident in another EU country also retains the mandatory protections of that country which cannot be excluded by agreement.

NAZ may update these Terms for future use. The version in force when an order was placed applies to that order; later website use does not change an already concluded order or automatically accept new terms for it.
